This newly renovated garden-level suite features a premium double bed, a double sofa bed, and a kitchenette with an induction burner, microwave, mini-fridge, and kettle. Large windows look out onto a rose-filled garden, and the space stays naturally cool in summer. Guests enjoy a private entrance, free high-speed WiFi, a 50" smart TV, and easy street parking. Ideal for solo travelers, couples, or small families. Located just 15 minutes from Downtown and YVR, with cafés, bakeries, and local shops within walking distance. For safety and property security, we have outdoor security cameras monitoring entrances and the driveway. No cameras are inside the suite.

We’re a local Vancouver family who enjoy sharing our space with guests from around the world. We speak English and Chinese and are happy to answer any questions before or during your stay. Our hobbies include ballroom dancing, karaoke, and adding more roses to the garden!
