301 SPA is a new addition to By The River B&B. The onsite SPA, an oasis of calm at the back of the B&B, is a place to relax, rejuvenate and refresh. 301 SPA offers a diverse range of treatments from manicures and pedicures to anti-aging facials.

***Please note*** When you book our basic room in third floor, they are attcis, with their bathrooms in hall way, maybe tub or shower. Opening summer 2019! Stay with us in a distinguished historic home on the banks of the storied and beautiful Saint John River in the heart of the vibrant capital city of Fredericton. We feature contemporary comfort in a trendy local neighbourhood and feature local favourites and local people. The house itself was built in 1903, by industrialist name Fraser, and then owned by the Chapman family up until recently. We have lovingly updated the home to accommodate 8 guest suites. Original vaulted ceilings, grand pillars and corner turrets remain in place alongside modern features such as refurbished hardwood floors, luxurious bathrooms and most rooms have King&Queen size beds and sitting rooms. The main floor of the home features a kitchen, breakfast bar and dining room and a great room with works by local artists. Our backyard gazebo is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the neighbourhood.
