Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or enjoying a freshly brewed cup of coffee, you'll have everything you need at your fingertips.But that's not all! This lower-level unit is very safe and friendly Grandview woodlands area is popular for its spring cherry blossoms, the front gardens of house has tulips, sunflowers in the summer, and a beautiful water fountain in the backyard. The drive is 4-5 minute walk, to all your local entertainment dining and cool shopping. The drive Free street parking first come first serve, 1 private back parking pad if requested, local transportation including to sky train every 15 minutes. Uber or taxi , bike shop rental is also available, highly recommended.
