Hi, travelers and future guests!
My wife and I are thrilled to share our space with you during your stay in Montreal. As fellow travel lovers, we understand the importance of a comfortable, welcoming place to stay!
To ensure we stay connected, please reach out through messages as the primary contact method. You’ll have my phone number for any real emergencies. Some details, like check-in instructions, are automated to make sure you receive accurate information exactly when you need it.
Rest assured that whenever you message, it’s us you are talking to you personally—not AI or robot replies.
We respond promptly from morning until late evening. After midnight, responses may be slower as I could be asleep, but I always get back to you first thing in the morning. If you have any questions or if there’s anything I can do to make your stay more comfortable, please don’t hesitate to let me know.
