All additional charges are subject to GST + Alberta Tourism Levy (9% total). ✦ PLEASE REVIEW OUR PRE-ARRIVAL REQUIREMENTS ✦ All guests must complete the following steps after booking: 1. Sign our rental agreement 2. Verify your ID 3. Select a damage protection option – • Pay a 50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver (covers up to 700 CAD in accidental damage), OR • Choose a 700 CAD refundable security deposit (held 2 days before check-in, released 5 days after checkout). A 2% fee applies; refunded total is 686 CAD unless canceled before processing. All steps must be completed to receive check-in details and entry instructions. Additional Details We have one designated underground parking stall in the parkade of the complex. Height clearance: 7ft. Pack & Play Policy: We offer a Pack & Play at no cost with 24 hrs notice before check-in. We don’t keep them on-site, as they’re cleaned off-site between guests. Requests after check-in incur a 75 CAD delivery fee. An overnight supervisor will be on site to support guards & guests, and respond promptly to concerns. NOTE: - The air conditioning (A/C) unit is currently unavailable until summer. - No smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, vaping). A CAD500 + tax fee applies if evidence of indoor smoking is found. - No Outdoor Footwear Inside the Unit - Our homes are stocked with essentials for approximately 7 days. For longer stays, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies they need.
