A home away from home! Newly built cozy 2-bedroom basement with private entrance that comes with a smart keypad lock. It's located on a quiet residential street just 3mins from the University of Manitoba, 2mins from the shopping complex, 21mins from the airport, and 20mins from downtown. This fabulous basement suite has queen beds in each room, a washer, and dryer, a beautiful kitchen, and a fantastic spacious living area with smart TV with Netflix. Parking space on street.
