This home is a 2 minutes walking distance to a bus stop, within the serene neighbourhood of Bridgewaters which has a lot of play grounds for both kids and adults. University of Manitoba is 5.3km away from this home and the best malls and restaurants are also easily accessible from this home. There is a pedestrian path at the back of the house., surrounded by a lake. You can walk right through the backyard to enter the path and enjoy a lovely morning, afternoon or evening walk.
