This elegant, beautifully decorated 4-Bedroom (basement with a separate entrance not included) is located 2 minutes drive to University of Manitoba (UoM) gate in Winnipeg. The property accepts long term and monhly stay. It has the comfort and feel of "Home Away from Home";. It comes with an official dinning room, a family room, large kitchen. The bedrooms comes with solid, comfortable Queen size bed. Each bedrfoom has a smart TV. The Living room has cable and a 55 inch smart TV. The deck has Barbecue for your summer pleasure.
