The apartment is private, clean and cozy with self check in. The hosts live upstairs with their friendly little dog. We are close to the shops and restaurants of downtown Guelph. There is a full kitchen, private bath and comfortable queen size bed in the large bedroom as well as a futon couch. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. 1.5 km from downtown Guelph and a 5 minute drive to the University of Guelph. Walk to Angelino’s grocery store/ Planet Bean coffee/ convenience store down the street. Franchetto park a 2 minute walk away.
