Property information

This typical old Quebec apartment will charm you at first glance. The building dating from the late 1800s will take you away from your daily life and transport you to the heart of the oldest city in North America. You will fall in love with the neighborhood where you will find many restaurants, shops, bars and cafes. You will be able to explore the magnificent streets and tourist attractions of Quebec on foot. On site, you will find all the equipment you need in order to call home while visiting. We nicknamed the apartment the golden cross following the discovery of a bottle of gin in the wall following the renovation of the kitchen. This bottle of gin dating from 1903 reminds us of the history and the beauties of this typical building of old Quebec. Other than the freshly renovated kitchen, you will find a cozy living room with TV, 2 queen-sized beds closed bedroom, 1 single-sized bed closed bedroom and a double-sized bed loft-styled bedroom. You will find a balcony at the back to enjoy a good coffee on summer mornings. CITQ# 304876

The condo is located on rue Saint-Vallier which is renowned for its many restaurants and cafes. You will find everything you want within walking distance. You will live there like a local while being close to the city's biggest tourist attractions.
