Please be aware that there is the highway road to downtown Victoria behind the suite which can generate some noise from moving vehicles.
Please keep windows shut to reduce noise level.
Portable Air Conditioning is present in the living room but can keep the entire suite cool if internal doors are opened and windows shut. Additionally, there is a standing fan in bedroom.
It is situated in Langford 4 mins from highway to downtown Victoria. Easy access to premium outlet shopping, stores, groceries, Costco, Royal Roads University, and Victoria General hospital.
Kids play ground minutes away from suite.
