There is no parking lot on site. Payble street parking and free street parking are both available. Parking on Monk street where the apartment locates is payable during daytimes and free during nightime. The specific hours of when is free parking or payable parking is printed on the parking meters at the side of the street. Please check before parking. Free street parking all the time on those streets which are parallel with or perpendicular to Monk street. It follows first-come-first-serve rules and also with certain regulations and restrictions. ATTENTION: We are not responsible for any parking ticket.

It closes to Metro station, grocery store, liquor store, pharmacy, bank(ATMs and branch), convenience store and restaurants. It is a good choice for new arrivals, tourists and business travellers. You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. We provide essentials to the guests. Kitchen with basic daily utensils are provided to the guests to cook their own meals if they want to. Washer and dryer are also available in the apartment (detergent isn't included). The Airconditioner is in the kitchen which is shared. It isn't inside the room. Guest access the private room, kitchen and bathroom are shared. No any kind of smoking, drug and party inside the apartment. Please be quiet between 9pm to 9am everyday.
