Welcome to our cozy home in Niagara Falls!
Our spacious 3000 sq. ft. licensed B&B (License No: L-BE-0061) is warm, comfortable, and owner-occupied, ensuring a safe and welcoming stay.
Guests are welcome to enjoy all common spaces, including the kitchen, dining and breakfast areas, living and family rooms, laundry, backyard, and the study on the second floor. These areas are shared with your host, who also lives on-site.
We offer two guest rooms on the second floor, each for up to two people (children included):
Guest Room 1: A large master bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom.
Guest Room 2: A cozy double room with its own private bathroom located just outside the room.
Your host’s room is on the first floor with a separate bathroom in the basement.
Additional amenities:
Free driveway parking
Outdoor security cameras (none inside guest areas)
Peaceful, guest-only environment (no outside visitors please)
