Whether you want a morning paddle or a quiet float at sunset, the lake is yours to explore. A fire pit with a beautiful view of the lake adds to the magic—ideal for cozy evenings, marshmallows, and great conversations under the stars.
The cottage's name, "La Libellule," which translates to dragonfly house in English, was inspired by a group of dragonflies we saw during our first visit to the property. These graceful creatures symbolize transformation, adaptability, and a deep connection with nature. Dragonflies are also seen as representations of the wind in Chinese folklore, embodying freedom and a carefree spirit. This perfectly aligns with our vision for the vacation home and captures the essence of the place. We hope every guest at La Libellule will experience this sense of freedom and relaxation, enjoying peaceful moments in harmony with nature.
