Why rent a hotel room (or two) when you can have a full apartment for the same rate? This is a large apartment with 5 beds, 2 sofa-beds and 2 brand new bathrooms. The place is ideal for anyone wanting to experience Montreal's unique culture with family or friends. Can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people with it's two bedrooms with a queen size bed each, the full/full bunk bed and the 2 sofa beds. New floors, new decor, new bathrooms, revamped kitchen. The apartment is fully equipped and includes 2 large HDTv's with cable, access to Netflix and High Speed Internet. Top 5 reasons to book with us: - Our apartments are in a prime location, close to the Mont-Royal metro station in the middle of the Plateau Mont-Royal area. - Eating out is fun!.. But 3 times a days is costly! In our apartments, you can prepare food in your private kitchen. - Comfort is a priority. We have quality memory foam mattresses in all our beds. - Plenty of room!! Our apartments are MUCH larger than the equally priced hotel room. - An Area Guide right on your smartphone! Where's the supermarket? The dry cleaner?... Where should we go for dinner? All in the palm of your hand!

Neighbourhood information

Lively area with its many restaurants, shops, bars, grocery stores and all services nearby. Not far from the apartment, there are also large green spaces, including Parc Lafontaine and the Mont-Royal where you can enjoy the scenery, take a picnic and relax. You'll mostly love living in the Plateau for its variety of hip restaurants, night clubs and bars such as : l'Avenue du Plateau, La Salle à Manger, the Barraca, the Candy Bar, Edgar Hyper taverne, Bily Kun, Bières & Co., L'Barouf, Plan B, Le Passé Composé, La Distillerie, Le Pied de cochon and many others. All shops and services (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, fashion stores, bars, restaurants you name them...) are located within 100 meters. Buses and taxis in front of the building, Mount-Royal metro station (300m) and BIXI stations (bicycle rental from Montreal) to provide access to nearby major cultural sites in minutes.
