Cozy, convenient home centrally located in Port Moody,is surrounded by beautiful scenary. -close highway access, minutes to transit,parks, tennis courts. -right across Port Moody Secondary (ONLY IB program in tricities) -Rocky Point Park 6 min away -Belcarra Regional Park 18 min away(fishing and more) -restaurants, coffee shops, including Rosa’s Italian, Aroma Indian, Cactus Club nearby. -10 min to highway -25 min to downtown
