The entire suite consists of a well furnished living area with a sofa, smart tv with Netflix, and cable tv channels. The unit has two bedrooms with a king and a queen seize bed, a dedicated work space area with fast internet speed. This place also has a fully equip kitchen with cooking stove. This unit is perfectly designed and maintained to give you the maximum comfort you desire. It is adjacent to the playground where your kids can have fun and enjoy the ambience of the community. A unique place with a style of its own. Neatly and newly finished comfortable legal basement suite with a separate entrance and a concrete walk way. With self check-in smart lock, the unit can take up to 4 guests (adult) or a max number of 2 adults 3 children. This location is 18 mins drive to the airport and 24 mins drive to Calgary downtown. Banff National park is 90 mins drive away. A new community in Chinook area of Airdrie, close to shopping centers and recreational parks within the city.
