Enjoy breakfast outside on the custom built balcony bar and watch the SUNRISE, or hang out on the ZEN swinging chair. The condo building is NEW with a modern raw, industrial concrete look and grand 9’ ceilings. You’ll have air conditioning and full temperature control. To top it off, you’ll find the building common area gym, outdoor small dipping pool (seasonal), and beautiful lounge.

Conveniently located in the heart of Calgary, easily walk to anything you might need! Across the street and on either side you’ll find some of the BEST restaurants in town! There are multiple groceries stores, pharmacies… and it’s conveniently located just a quick 5 min drive from the BMO event centre (shows, hockey, concerts…etc). I’ll provide you with a written guide upon arrival! Enjoy and please no parties in the home. Please respect the neighbours.
