Large 3 level luxury townhome located at the lakes in beautiful lake country. Surrounded by wineries and lakes just minutes from several beaches and upscale dining options. Enjoy your stay in this safe and family orientated neighbourhood. You will enjoy a full gym and sauna on the bottom level, a matted area for yoga or bjj and a second living room with a full bathroom. The main floor offers another living room with a large top of the line 86 inch tv for entertainment as well as the full equipped kitchen, and office area for work and a large deck with a smoker and fire table as well as a powder room. The top floor has a large master bedroom with a king bed and a walk in closet with his and hers space. Large rain water shower and his and her sink. This level also has a landing area and two other bedrooms as well as a full bathroom. Enjoy the area with hiking trails right at the end of the street. There are over 10 wineries in the area with award wining wine and fine dining such as 50th parallel and arrow leaf and many more. 12 minutes from kelowna airport and 25 to downtown.
