• To ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone, we require guest ID verification for all reservations. Thank you for your cooperation—we look forward to hosting you! •The apartment is equipped with centralized heating and a portable air conditioner for cooling. A ceiling fan is also available for additional comfort. The air conditioning unit is currently out of order. We are in the process of getting a new one installed as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Please let us know if there's anything we can do to assist you during this time. • For stays of 21 days or more, a mid-stay cleaning is required. This policy helps us maintain the high standards of our property and ensures a comfortable experience for our long-term guests. 1. There is no on-site parking available. Please contact us if you require parking recommendations. 2. We're happy to deliver: --> a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for CAD 40 (one-time fee) --> a Highchair for CAD 40 (one-time fee) • Pets are very welcome at our home. We accept one large dog (40 lbs or more), up to two small dogs (under 40 lbs). Please note that we do not accept cats at this time.
