HOT TUB RULES: -hours of operation 8 am - 10 pm a night -hot tub is intended for registered guests only during the duration of their stay - Please note that bubble bath, soaps, or oils are prohibited from the hot tub. Penalty: 500 plus tax. - Please read more of our hot tub rules in our house manual *if glass or other debris are found in the hot tub, a full drain and clean will be charged 500 Please note that the basement suite is a separate Airbnb unit and is not accessible to our guests. NOTE: - The AC system is available for your comfort during the summer months but is unavailable during the cooler months. - No smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, vaping). A CAD500 + tax fee applies if evidence of indoor smoking is found. - No Outdoor Footwear Inside the House - Our homes are stocked with essentials for approximately 7 days. For longer stays, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies they need.
