Welcome to this bright private room with dedicated bathroom located in the heart of Ocean Park. Quick access to Crescent Beach and White Rock Beach with only 5 minutes of drive, or walk to the unique 1001 Steps beach front in 20 minutes. if you don't drive, there is bus stop right next to the house. Parking space is available on site. You will enjoy this beach vacation in Ocean Park, south Surrey. This private bedroom and dedicated bathroom is located on the second floor of my house. There is a queen size bed for up to two people staying in this room. There is also a large desk for your working needs.
This is a single detached house located in a quiet residential neighbourhood.
