Luxury private guest apartment in a home with separate entrance. Fully furnished. 1400 sqf with 1 King bed room, and 1 queen bed room, and 1 large sofa bed, 2 bedrooms, office room (work-from-home), washroom, laundry room, and open concept kitchen/living/dining/office. Large windows and short basement walls. Located close to 416 and 417 highways, 23 min to downtown Ottawa, 13 min Kanata Park&Ride, 12 min Fallowfield train s, 29 min airport, enjoy living in nature in the heart of the city
We travel a lot and prefer to feel home when traveling our at most objective to make it as such for our guests.
Fallowfield village is a historical town inside the city of Ottawa. Very small community with state lots and on the green belt. Lots of hiking trails within walking distance, quite , and relaxing area.
