Late check-out without prior approval incurs a fee.
Please read the house manual located on the kitchen island upon arrival.
★ PARTIES – Parties are not allowed. Please avoid excessive noise between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
★ PETS – Only dogs are allowed. If you have allergies or sensitivities to animals, we completely understand if you prefer to book elsewhere.
Dogs are allowed (maximum of 2) with prior notice.
You MUST pick up your dog's poop in the yard.
The yard is not fenced – please do not leave your dog unattended indoors.
You are responsible for any damage caused by your dog.
Ten dollars per night per dog (not included in the listed price).
★ Smoking is prohibited inside or directly around the house.
Please do not leave cigarette butts in the yard or on the porch. Dispose of them safely in the can.
★ FIREWOOD: For the outdoor firepit, you can purchase wood at various grocery stores.
Indoor fireplace wood is included from October to the end of March.
★ ADDITIONAL GUESTS: If it turns out that guests had more people or visitors than stated in the reservation without the host’s permission, an extra fee per person will apply. Maximum occupancy is 4 people.
★ Guests assume full responsibility for any accident, injury, or illness occurring on the rental property.
