We are so excited to host you during your stay! Being avid travelers ourselves, we love the experience short term rentals have provided being able to experience life as one of the locals in wherever we're going. We wanted to give the same experience to people visiting our properties and be able to provide the most incredible accommodations to all of our guests.
We obsess over every detail and have an incredible team to ensure our properties are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard prior to your visit. Our guests' book with us for a reason, and we'd love to host you for you to find out why.
Currently we are helping homeowners from across the country manage their investment properties / vacation rentals by welcoming guests into their homes through our property management business, Pique Properties. We are a hands-on short term rental management company and handle all the logistical work that goes into managing short term rentals. Showcasing these properties to look their best and bring in higher returns for our partners and investors is just a small part of what we do.

Our property has a separate rental suite on the right side and a basement suite, each with its own entrance and no shared spaces.

✦ PLEASE REVIEW OUR PRE-ARRIVAL REQUIREMENTS ✦
All guests must complete the following steps after booking:
1. Sign our rental agreement
2. Verify your ID
3. Damage protection option –
• Pay a 50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver (covers up to 700 CAD in accidental damage),
OR
• Choose a 700 CAD refundable security deposit (held 2 days before check-in, released 5 days after checkout). A 2% fee applies.
All steps must be completed to receive check-in details and entry instructions.
HOT TUB RULES:
-Operation time: 8am-10 pm & for registered guest
- Bubble bath, soaps, and oils are not allowed in the hot tub. Penalty: 500+tax
- Please read more of our hot tub rules in our house manual
*if glass or other debris are found in the hot tub, a full drain and clean will be charged to your damage deposit of 500 CAD
Exterior cameras are at the front and back. The back camera records all activity on the deck, in and around the hot tub, and nearby areas.
NOTE:
- The AC system is available during the summer months but is unavailable during the cooler months
- No smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, vaping). A CAD500 + tax fee applies if evidence of indoor smoking is found.
- No Outdoor Footwear Inside the House
- Our homes are stocked with essentials for approximately 7 days. For longer stays, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies they need.
