Property information

Fully renovated & restored to its’ “Vintage Charm”, this downtown lodging features brick walls and high ceilings. Historically a pool hall, it is now transformed into a stylish modern living space. Perfect accommodation for your work assignment in the area, for vacation or visiting family in the nearby area. Attention was given to all the details from the beautifully equipped small kitchen, to living room area and bedroom with comfortable queen bed.

Neighbourhood information

Surprisingly quiet for its’ downtown location, this lodging presents a treetop view of nearby Observation Mountain in Grand Forks and is located near the junction of the Granby and Kettle rivers. It's an easy walk to coffee shops and restaurants, quaint shops, a medi spa and a movie theatre. The address represents the front of the building but the suite is located at the back of the building on the alley way. There is an abundance of nearby hiking and mountain biking, combined with river floating and swimming. This plus, the short 15 minute drive to Christina Lake, makes it the perfect vacation spot.
