    Clean and comfortable, with responsive staff. The apartment had everything we needed, including a washer/dryer. On the day we left, the host was kind enough to show us a place we could park so we could leave our car for the day after checkout.

The Loft is perfect for a family, or friends looking for self catering, casual accommodations in the heart of Charlottetown. Separate from the Bed and Breakfast the Loft is for those who prefer to be independent and don't require the extras of the inn - we provide you a breakfast starter kit for you to get you going. The Loft is self contained and guests should be able to climb three flights of exterior stairs. The loft can accommodate 3 adults (four in a pinch), or 2 adults and two children. It has it's own exterior entrance, a private rooftop deck, small 4 piece bathroom and fully equipped galley kitchen. There are 2 separate bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a single bed. The lounge room has a double sofa bed, flat screen TV and a dining area. The queen bedroom has an air conditioner and the living area has a portable air conditioner. Because it's on the third floor of an old Victorian building we do ask for guests to be respectful and minimize noise after 10pm. The loft welcomes well behaved pets reserved in advance. Towels are freshened every three days and housekeeping once a week. We start self check in from November 2023 to May 6, 2014

We live on site and run a Bed and Breakfast located on the first two floors of the building. We are happy to provide advice and suggestions for your stay, your travel plans, places to eat and things to see.
The Loft is located in downtown Charlottetown close to museums, theaters, restaurants and entertainment. On a quiet and tree lined street two blocks from the ocean and two blocks from the action. A short drive from national parks, world class beaches and the famous Anne fo Green Gables it is the perfect location to base your PEI stay. Walk to performances at the theater and dozens of great restaurants. Or relax and stroll the boardwalks that border the expansive Victoria Park just two blocks from the Loft.
