This is my home. I live here as well. I hope you treat it well. Located in a quiet, respectable neighborhood, this property is newly renovated, professionally curated and is a vibrant space to live in. You will have access to your own private bedroom, 1.5 bath, a full kitchen, a gorgeous living room + spare room, a high speed Wi-Fi and smart TVs for your entertainment. I maintain a very clean and organized space and I hope you will too.

Hollick-Kenyon is a residential neighbourhood located in North east Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The neighbourhood is named after aviator Herbert Hollick-Kenyon. Bounded by the electric strip, this neighborhood boasts of a 16km catwalk suitable for dog walks, jogging and bike rides It is bounded on the north by 167 Avenue, on the south by 153 Avenue, on the west by 59A Street, and on the east by 50 Street. Neighboring the 50th st hub mall, you have convenient access to all chain restaurants, grocery stores, barber shops, liquor stores, gyms and more.
