Located right on Monterra Golf Course, all you need to do is step out onto the balcony to see the beautiful greens of the course. While out there, simply soak up the sun and views or barbecue your dinner on the gas grill. If the temperatures drop, step inside and curl up in front of the gas fireplace for a cozy atmosphere and a fun evening streaming your favorite series or movies on the flatscreen Smart TV with cable. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern, stainless appliances, including a dishwasher and a Keurig coffee maker. Best of all, upstairs is the private sauna - the perfect way to unwind after a day of skiing, hiking, or whatever other adventures you found on your vacation.
Located across from the entrance to the Blue Mountain Village within the Wintergreen development, you won't find a better location than this one. You'll be sitting along the greens of the famous Monterra Golf Course and a short walking distance from the Village. This area is a hot spot for outdoor lovers. Golf courses abound and you won't have trouble finding tennis courts nearby. Plunge! Aquatic Centre is a great family-friendly place to visit with your loved ones. It features plenty of waterslides, outdoor, indoor, and kiddie pools, hot tubs, and even docks! Collingwood is five and a half miles away and there you can explore the famous Scenic Caves or have a picnic in Millennium Overlook Park.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
