Just a few steps from Lake Lugano, in a delightfully sunny apartment complex, this modern, 1-bedroom holiday apartment for up to 4 guests is perfect for a restful vacation but also while in Lugano for work and business. Attention: - Apartment has no kitchen!!! - Pets allowed: only small ones. Available 2 water bowls and one blanket. - Below the building there is Ristorante Casa Emilia, open during weekdays from breakfast to lunch (thurs and friday also for dinner) - Many restaurants, bars and take away very closeby at walking distance. - Welcome coffee and tea offered by the owner. - Laundry card available upon request, but only for long stay and payment requested. Chf 3,50 for every washing (laundry card in the office) Please note that the property offers amenities below, but does not have a kitchen. Toaster, Electric kettle, Microwave, Refrigerator, Coffee machine, Dining table.
