The apartment, approximately 70 sqm distributed on a single level, is designed to ensure comfort and brightness. The living area includes a living room with a dining room from which you can directly access the terrace/garden, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The separate kitchen is fully equipped, with an oven and dishwasher. The sleeping area hosts two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with single beds, ideal for families or small groups.
