Charming 4.5-Room Family Holiday Apartment, approx. 100 m², in Flims Dorf with a sunny terrace and garden access. The Darblauna Sut accommodates up to 6 adults. The apartment features three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds. In addition to the kitchen and cozy living room, there is a large bathroom with bathtub and toilet, as well as a second bathroom with shower and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso capsule machine, microwave, oven and stove, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and fridge with freezer compartment. The building offers a shared game room with table tennis, a heated ski storage room, a communal laundry room, and a coin-operated sauna (please follow the house rules). The apartment includes one underground parking space (max. height 2.0 m). Wi-Fi and utilities (heating, electricity, water) are included in the total price. Bed linen, towels, final cleaning, and all taxes and VAT are also included. Additional vehicles must be parked in public (paid) parking spaces. Please note: Smoking is not permitted, and pets are not allowed.

The apartment is located in the Flims Fischeisch area. The Flims cable cars, with many restaurants, bars, and cafés, can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes.
