Various cabinets provide ample storage space, and the small but well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay. The interior includes a separate kitchen, separated by a sliding door. This compact kitchen is equipped with 2 hotplates, a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee machine, and dishes. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and toilet, offering everything necessary for your comfort. The apartment is the perfect retreat for guests who appreciate functionality and coziness. Our garden is open to you and invites you to relax in an idyllic setting. Located near two flowing bodies of water, the atmospheric surroundings are home to ducks and swans. Despite the peaceful nature setting, please note that a railway line runs behind the house, whose noise is reduced by sound barriers, and there might be occasional noise disturbances from truck cleanings across the street.
