Property information

Located in Viganello, a short walk from the center of Lugano and the new university campus. ICON H is a newly constructed building characterized by minimalist and modern design, offering multiple living options equipped with every comfort. Each SUITE has smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi, hair dryer and iron. Your apartment key is digital through the app Salto KS that you need to download on your phone. The building has free outdoor parking with limited availability of spaces but it is possible to park in the garage for a cost (upon availability CHF 10.00 per day / CHF 150.00 per month). And there is also charging for electric cars (upon availability CHF 30.00 per day) Please note: One fire extinguisher is provided every two floors, it’s not mandatory in Switzerland in each apartment.
