Welcome to La Maisonnette, a cozy spot right in the heart of the old historic town of Villeneuve! Just 5 minutes by train to Montreux and its famous a Montreux Jazz Festival. This 40 m² space, spread over 3 floors, was once an old barn, now beautifully renovated. The two double beds are perfect for 2 to 4 guests (no private room). Located in the 'new town of Chillon,' founded in 1214, you’re close to Montreux (5 min by train), Chillon Castle (5 min by bus), Vevey (20 min), Lausanne (30 min), and ski resorts. There’s free/paid parking nearby too.
Welcome to our beautiful Swiss Riviera! We are a Swiss family living in the picturesque town of Villeneuve, right by Lake Geneva. Both of us are self-employed and work in communications and tourism! We’ve just finished renovating a cozy tiny house on our street in the old town of Villeneuve. As hospitality and tourism experts, we created a cozy space for an authentic stay in the area. We would love to share our best spots with you.
Ideally located, La Maisonnette is the perfect base to explore Montreux, Chillon Castle, Rochersw-de-Naye, Vevey, Lavaux, Lausanne, and Geneva — whether by boat, train, bus, or car. Enjoy a peaceful and authentic stay just 5 minutes by train from the world-famous Montreux Jazz Festival! Situated in the Riviera vaudoise, our tiny house is a convenient and charming starting point to discover the best of French-speaking Switzerland!
