On a southern slope above the Oberhofen Castle, the Otium Erholungs-Oasen offers spacious apartments with a beautiful view of the castle, Lake Thun and the mountains. The apartments include high-quality natural beds, a fully equipped kitchen and a living area with free WiFi. You can benefit from 1 free parking space per apartment, free public buses to Thun and to Interlaken and various discounts for local attractions. Close by you find grocery stores but also fine restaurants are nearby. In 5 minutes on foot you can reach the Fitness Park Oberhofen, indoor swimming pools, tennis courts and the Oberhofen Castle. The Otium is well served by public transport from Thun or Interlaken, making it a good starting point to explore the Bernese Oberland, but also Bern, Zermatt, Gstaad, Montreux and Lucerne.

The property is the ideal place to recharge your batteries and rest, but at the same time the best starting point for exploring the Bernese Oberland with the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau (Top of Europe) mountain. Because of the central location, you reach Berne, Lucerne, Zermatt, Gstaad or Montreux easily by car or public transportation. The house Otium overlooking the Castle Oberhofen, the Lake Thun and the pyramid-shaped Niesen is in a designated Swiss- Power Area. Positive energy is guaranteed!!! Throughout the house, you benefit from energized Grander water. Our apartments are equipped with high-quality natural swiss quality beds. In addition to various specialty shops for bread, meat, cheese etc. in the immediate vicinity we are surrounded by numerous excellent restaurants.. WELCOME IN THE OTIUM HOUSE
