This bright and comfortable studio is completely furnished. It includes shower room (glass shower cabin, wash-hand-basin, loo) and a well-equipped kitchen with large fridge, 2-ring hob, kettle, Nespresso machine, microwave and lots more. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also provided. The studio has its own private entrance, a patio and small garden. A parking space directly beside the studio is also included.
The neighbourhood is a quiet residential area. The river Aare is close by, with many walking, jogging and biking trails wooded/park areas. There are a number of supermarkets, a pharmacy, petrol station, bank machine etc within a short walking distance. Public transport options include Tram 9 and Buses 29 & 22.
