Amazing Duplex apart/house with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms located in the center of the city, 2 blocks from the Main Square of Punta Arenas. There are 2 complete floors of 225 square meters each one (450 in total) with common spaces to rest, interior fireplace, large kitchen and a backyard that allows you to enjoy nature in the center of the city. Common rooms to enjoy with family or friends and best of all, you are in the center of the city.

I am a nature lover, born and raised in Patagonia. I have been working in tourism for many years and therefore I understand very well what it takes to enjoy this beautiful city, so I am happy to receive people from all over the world and help them with a nice experience in Punta Arenas. It is a central area, just 2 blocks from the main square (Plaza de Armas), so you can walk to the center of the city without problems. In the area you will find supermarkets, butchers shops, grocery stores that have everything as well as the main tourist agencies. Everything is very central and easily accessible. During the night, it is easy to take a cab or use Uber which we recommend.
