Guests are required to show a valid government-issued ID card or passport upon check-in.

If guests expect to arrive later than 18:00, please inform the hotel of your estimated time of arrival during the time of booking. This can be noted in the Special Request Box during booking, or by contacting the hotel using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.

Please note that if there are more than 4 rooms needed to book, guests are kindly required to make separate bookings.
