Located in the best area of the city, this apartment will fulfill with most of your expectations from a great trip to Medellín. This property is ideal for work, leisure or any other kind of visit, due to the flexibility of the areas and the included daily cleaning, performed by our staff with the highest standards. Just a few minutes walk from some of the most important banks, shopping malls, restaurants, supermarkets, medical centers, car rentals and other interesting places. Our guests can make use of the social areas of the building, such as Sauna and Turkish Bath. #NOPERMITO (DO NOT ALLOW) the Commercial Sexual Explotation of Children and Adolescents (CSECA) According to the article 17 of the Law 679 of 2001 (Artículo 17 de la ley 679 de 2001), EE Hoteles makes special advise to the tourists, that, the commercial sexual explotation of under age people is severely punished by the law in Colombia. Alcázar de Oviedo building is located in the "Milla de Oro" (gold mile) in El Poblado, infront of Oviedo Mall and a few minutes by walk of the Santa Fe Mall. Also, just at one-two blocks from the building, there are a lot of interesting places, such as some of the best banks, business centres, pharmacies, medical centres, gyms, restaurants and hotels in the city! It is, without doubt, the financial and residencial sector of the highest category and security in the city!! Anyway, you can take a public transportation bus just infront of the building, which could take you to different metro stations or different areas of the city! There are two metro stations that are both at a 10 minute walk! Also, if you want to rent a car, there is available parking in the building, and one of the best (if not the best) car rentals office is just 5 minutes away by walking!
