Furnished apartment very comfortable and equipped for a comfortable stay. Very close to the Airport, the Transportation Terminal, the main Shopping Centers and Medical Centers.  Separate bathroom, terrace to take clean air and a nice sun bath.   Easy transport to all places in the city.   Security to be calm while doing your shopping, activities or tourism.
Welcome !! We are attentive and available to meet all your requirements. We will be very aware that your stay with us is the best. Someone will always be available nearby to guide or meet your requirements. Your belongings will be protected and in our facilities you can feel at home.
The Barrio Belalcázar, on the Avenue with the same name where the apartment is located, is a safe and quiet place, with a location that facilitates transportation throughout the city. A few blocks from the future Mega Cable station of Olaya Park. A few meters away is the governorate of Risaralda and the offices of the Mobility or Transit Institute of the Municipality. Mini market available near the apartment. Walking you can go without problems to the city center, Plaza de Bolívar and the main shopping centers of the city.
