Looking for a place to unplug and spend quality time with your loved ones? Traveling with a group? This new countryside home, located in a very safe and convenient area, is just 15 minutes from Duitama. It’s spacious, cozy, and perfect for lighting the fireplace, enjoying a glass of wine, and relaxing. There are plenty of nearby activities: Paipa hot springs, La Zarza trail, Punta Larga vineyard, Pueblito Boyacense, Playa Blanca... and in December, the festive lights of Paipa and Corrales. And if you need attractions for children and young people, it's also an excellent location for visiting the Manoa Extreme Attraction Park in Paipa and the Guatika Zoological Biopark in Tibasosa. Pets are welcome too 🐾
I’ll be happy to personally welcome you and make sure you feel right at home. If I’m not available at the moment, you can pick up or drop off the keys at a special agreed-upon place. Also, I’ll always keep an eye on my phone to assist you with any questions or concerns during your stay.
The neighbors are calm, friendly, and trustworthy people, always willing to help guests feel welcome. The area is very safe, perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The property includes parking space for 3 to 4 vehicles (depending on their size), located on the right side, with no additional cost. The neighborhood is lovely to explore on foot. Right outside the little lane, there’s a small shop with groceries and essentials. Plus, the town center is just a 10-minute walk away.
