All of our team will be available to you ONLINE through Airbnb chat. The entrance to Casa Fiora and your apartment is fully automatic. You’ll receive both passcodes after completing the online registration link for all guests. From 10 PM, our property is monitored by our nighttime security service through a video intercom system. You need to announce yourself, and after a quick validation to confirm that you and your companions are registered, our security team will unlock the main door, allowing you to enter using your codes.
