「どこもぴかぴかできれい、水道水は飲めないからと冷蔵庫には水のボトルが用意されていた。寝室とキッチンが別れており、調理器具、食器、洗濯機も完備されている。町の中心からはやや離れている分静か、ブラジル入国手続きや港に行くにはバイクタクシーを利用したが、スペイン語がおぼつかない私に代わってドライバーに目的地を伝えてくれるなど手助けしてくれた。」
