There is a caretaker, Rafa, who lives in a small apartment on the property also, and provides passive security. Pool area, jacuzzi, rancho and parking. Many of the area's great--but less expensive--eateries are within a 10 minute walk. Stroll down to watch a local soccer match, or do some shopping on your way to the bank (10 min walk). Great parking! Easy to get around. Taxis close. Bus stop is 1 min walk, and busses for the beach & Quepos pass by every 15 min during the day. Great wifi system!
