Located in Monteverde, Costa Rica. Elida Lodge Monteverde ("The Forest") is a family run hotel nestled in a private 23-acre forest reserve, surrounded by silence, nature and wildlife. It is located 2 km away from Santa Elena Town. Free private parking is available on site. Italian and Argentinian restaurants, as well as a coffee shop, an art shop and a food store are located at a walking distance from the property. The hotel also features private hiking trails and gardens, and offers an on-site Bird Watching Tour as well as a Night Wildlife Tour for an extra fee. Elida Lodge Monteverde is a 5-minute walk from the Children's Eternal Rainforest, 1 km away from Curicancha Reserve and 3 km from Monteverde Biological Reserve. Juan Santamaría International Airport is 2 hours’ drive from the property.
