Our family farm has dedicated to grazing livestock since the year 1981, when our grandfather Paco went into the jungle in the search of land to provide a better future for his family. After 30 years of conventional production and now under the management of a new generation, the Hacienda has directed its focus and values towards the conservation of its biodiversity by adapting sustainable production practices and incorporating tourism as a primary activity.
We offer an affordable, rustic and comfortable accommodation for you to immerse yourself into the wildlife of the Osa Peninsula and Corcovado National Park. Our small rural lodge is ideal for travelers who are searching for a relaxing, remote spot where one can enjoy nature and the personal interaction with a Costa Rican family. Enjoy a horseback riding tour through the Hacienda’s hidden treasures and finish with a kayaking afternoon through the Pejeperro Lagoon, home to more than 40 species of aquatic birds.
