Located in a resort complex on the north side of town, your home is just a few moments away from Costa Rica's legendary golden beaches. Soft sands and gentle waves await you, while a sprawling swimming pool surrounded by lush grass and vegetation is on-site at the property. After relaxing outdoors, step inside and head down the hallway to the brightly colored living room. A leather sectional and cushy armchair await you for watching cable on the flatscreen TV and music streaming by the free WiFi. Be sure to take advantage of the balcony - you can enjoy fresh ocean air as well as views of the swaying trees below! The kitchen is just a few steps away and features spacious countertops and stainless steel appliances. It has everything you need to whip up a delicious home-cooked meal! Serve some appetizers at the breakfast bar seating before savoring the main course at the table for six in the dining area. Leave cleaning up to the dishwasher and head off to bed. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 18 years of age to book. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
