Modern loft in a safe and quiet neighborhood, surrounded by nature. Just 8 minutes walking to the beautiful beaches of Santa Teresa. All the conveniences of the city with great restaurants and shops are nearby. The apartment includes air conditioning, wifi, hot shower, washer dryer, fully equipped kitchen and parking outside the property. We also have a pool and deck area for the enjoyment of our guests. Location: 600 Mts from North Selina. We offer taxi service from Paquera to Villas Humana
Access can be complicated in rainy seasons given the conditions of the road, which is gravel and the crossing of a small river to access the property. The use of a 4x4 vehicle is recommended, but not necessary.
