The property is brand new to market, and was just completed in March 2023. Every part of the property is brand new. I operate our 3 casitas as a boutique property and do not have a task list for you to complete. I want your stay in Costa Rica to be relaxing and stress free. Each casita is a private dwelling with a beautiful, new 16x16 shared swimming pool with waterfall and outdoor rancho. For an extra special experience, all 3 homes can be rented together.

Canadian born, Italian raised. Originally from NJ and for the last 24 years lived in Wilton Manors, Florida before making Beautiful Uvita de Osa, Costa Rica home with my Furbaby Edie the Chihuahua. I am a professional Portrait Photographer for over 25 years and also love droning. I recently got into cooking and exploring the beaches in the area. I have put my heart and soul into this property and I hope you have a great, relaxing, fun time here. I am very respectful of your privacy, but I do live on the property and am happy to make myself available as needed.

The prestigious neighborhood is close enough to town to enjoy many of the great eateries and food shopping but far enough to enjoy the beautiful wildlife and the incredible pool to relax and unwind. Our neighborhood is 1 mile to city center. There is an abundance of taxis, but most guests opt for a rental car.
